In the middle of villa area stands a two-sides guest house, which was designed in accordance with Aukštaitija architectural principles. Both sides of the first floor: toilet, kitchen area, dining area and lounge area with a fireplace, TV and stereo. On the second floor – bedroom with 2 double beds. Guest house accomodate 12 people in total.

The rental price includes bed linen, towels and two baskets of firewood – Shoulders and fireplace.
Story
The building is designed on the basis of Highland architectural traditions of the region. Reston House walls of resinous pine lumber, projections that connect the corners. Foundations for outdoor stones. Pretty sloping roof covered with wooden tiles. Construction and decoration used organic materials. Pirkia double-ended: the north and south sides. The central axis of the interior – the shoulders, the interior is rich in authentic East Lithuania used household utensils. Interior layout focuses on functionality and comfort. On the ground floor kitchen and dining room, a second floor for the rest. Some farms (South / North) suitable for four-person household. The entire farm uses up to twelve people in the company.
